Kirsten is one of my very best friends and fellow talented Photographer based out of Asheville, NC  (You can view her blog here).  While visiting for her baby shower, we took some time to take a few Maternity photos before baby Lincoln gets here late August.  A huge thank you to her hubby, Andrew and two pups, Sadie and Kyah for participating.  Kirsten, you are gorgeous and glowing and I can’t wait to meet the little man and spoil him rotten!

We met in Photography school at The Hallmark Institute of Photography in 2006 and I always take credit for choosing her as one of my roommates.  I would like to think that it was more than that though because we were truly meant to be friends.  I have learned so much from our friendship and can honestly say that I am a better person for knowing her and having her in my life, I can only hope that she feels the same about me.  Kirsten, you are genuine, honest, loyal, caring, forgiving, selfless, talented, and strong!  You always put others before you, you see the good in others and don’t hold grudges when someone has hurt you, you are the best listener, you give great advice, and I am insainly jealous of your thrift shopping abilities and your eye for design.  Oh and you are a fellow dog lover (we are obsessed with our dogs).

You have always been there for me no matter how busy you are and constantly have a knack for making me laugh, even when I don’t want to.  Thank You. Between the two of us, we have been through quite a lot of ups and downs.  Now, my friend you are about to embark on one of the most amazing, life changing adventures of you life and I could not be more excited for you! You’re going to be a new mom and a great one at that, I have no doubt.  I love you!
