Kim and Mickey’s October wedding was my last wedding of the season and it couldn’t have been more perfect! Of course, The John Marshall Ballrooms never disappoint and it was a beautiful evening surrounded by close family and friends. Kim, Mickey, and I got along right away when first meeting, ironically at the same place they had their first date many years ago. I love their personalities, they compliment each other so well, and it seems as if they are always laughing, which I am obsessed with Kim’s laugh 😉 You can revisit their beautiful fall engagement session HERE.
Kim is a school teacher and Mickey works at Southeastern Marine servicing and selling boats, so when it came to choosing his wedding band, they opted for a unique design and metal, specifically made for men with highly physical jobs. Kim’s dress, jewelry, and shoes were so fun, just like her, and the long lace veil was the perfect finishing touch. She looked beautiful and the look on Mickey’s face when she walked down the isle with her dad was priceless. I just adore this couple, I have no doubt I will meet up with them for drinks soon, as they have become great friends. It was such a special night to be a part of, celebrating with their amazing families, they sure do know how to party!
