NH Photography Company Donates Services to Help Baby Battle Leukemia

Desjar Photography provides memorable photos of family and friends during fundraiser for Pierce Eastman.

Nashua, NH, March 31, 2011 –(PR.com)– After spotting a flyer about a fundraiser for Pierce, co-owner of Desjar Photography, Joe Desjardins knew immediately he wanted to help. Pierce Eastman is an adorable little boy just shy of 8 months old who has been battling Leukemia. Flyers about an upcoming fundraiser to help raise money for him were posted at the local Gold’s Gym and that is what caught his eye. “I can only imagine how difficult it must be for the parents to have to go through something like this,” Joe stated. “I just knew I wanted to help in some way and what better way than to provide this family with memorable photos that they can cherish forever.”

Brother and sister team of Desjar Photography, Joe and Melissa donated their photography services and offered to photograph the fundraising event in an effort to help raise money for Pierce’s fund. All the photographs taken throughout the event were posted online at www.desjarphoto.com and are for sale to everyone who attended. The proceeds from all the purchases are going to be donated to continue with the fundraising efforts. Desjar Photography is also going to continue to donate $10 for every $100 spent on any portrait session, wedding, or event booked from anyone attending the fundraiser.

“We had such a great time at the event and our hearts go out to Pierce and his family. We hope he gets better and wish his entire family all the best,” says Melissa.
