Willow Oaks Country Club Wedding

Brya and Nick got married in the same Church that Byra’s parents had decades ago and then had an amazing reception at Willow Oaks Country Club. It was definitely raining for most of the day, but cleared up just in time for some outdoor portraits and the wind remained, creating some amazing shots! I’ve never seen a more perfect windswept look, Byra’s hair combined with the movement of the ruffles in her Allure Couture dress was enchanting.

I had been so excited for Byra + Nick’s July Wedding since their cozy winter engagement session (you can view that HERE) in the beginning of the year. They are so natural with each other, not to mention adorable and their big day was so relaxed and fun! They chose gold and white as their colors, I just loved the Rent the Runway sequin bridesmaids dresses and the guys looked quite dapper in their JCrew suits.

I used Brya’s mothers’ vintage veil as a backdrop! These Badgley Mischka shoes are to die for and Byra wore them for the dinner rehearsal, but opted to wear wedges instead for the big day, for comfort and because of the rain, I’m sure. Smart girl, but of course I still had fun photographing them!
