About a year ago I had met and taken photos of Sophie and her horse Hunter (you can view that post Here) and it was such an amazing experience. I instantly adored Sophie, her mother Andrea, and we bonded over our love of animals. Andrea and I kept in touch while I was establishing my business here in VA and we planned to have a Family Portrait Session while I was back in NH shooting Weddings. I got to meet the rest of the family, her husband Robert, their son Cam, and their two dogs Bentley and Monte. Taking photos with pets can be super unpredictable and even the best behaved and trained dogs seem to act completely different when in front of the camera (perhaps they are camera shy?) but its SO worth it! I jump at the chance to not only photograph animals (especially dogs) but get to meet them and their unique personalities! The Casella Family is so sweet, not to mention gorgeous and we had a great time playing with the pups in the backyard of their home in New Hampshire. I hope you enjoy the photos as much as I do!
